1. I need help with finding the correct parts, what do I do?

First, go to our SEARCH page. Here you will find various pop-ups that will give you tips on searching our site.  Also, you can identify or verify the year of your motorcycle, and learn how to convert from the old part number sytstem to new part numbers.  We also have parts books that you can download for free HERE.

 

2. How do I contact you if I have a question?

If you have any questions regarding items we sell, it is important that you contact us and ask questions before completing your purchase.  You can contact us using the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of each page, or here: Contact Us.  Initiating messages through the Contact Us page is the best and most efficient way of communicating with us.  We will do our best to attend to your questions within a timely manner during regular business hours. 

 

3. How do I Save on Shipping with Combined Postage?

You must follow these steps if you would like to save on shipping by combining orders:

  1. Add each of the items you wish to purchase by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button.
  2. Continue this until you have added everything you wish to order.
  3. When you have finished shopping, click on the 'Shopping Cart' dropdown (shopping trolley icon) and select 'View Cart' to review your shopping cart. 
  4. After you have checked and reviewed your order, please select the  'Checkout Now' button to finalise and pay for your order. 

If you do not use the 'Add to Cart' feature and order items individually, these orders can no longer be combined and each order will be sent as a seperate parcel.

 

4. How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using one of many Credit Card options or express checkout by selecting the PayPal button.

 

5. Can I create an account with you?

Returning customers may choose to login, or simply complete your details if it is your first time purchasing. Account customers will be able to view their order history and will also be the first to receive exclusive offers, specials, news and competitions.

 

6. What happens when I order and pay for my items individually?

Due to the automation of the ordering system and processing speed, we are unable to add items or modify your order once the checkout is complete.  

 

7. How soon will you ship my order?

Most orders are processed immediately and dispatched by the next business day. This may vary occasionally during peak periods though we aim to clear out all orders within 3 business days. 

 

8. Can I pick up my order from your shop?

We do not offer store pick up.  The automation technology used in our online store allows us to process orders in bulk, more quickly and efficiently.  We pass on the savings we make through this technology by proving you with our best and cheapest prices when you order from our online store.
